Hi! I'm a Ph.D. from the University of Cordoba in Spain. My thesis is focused on the analysis of new dairy traits from mathematical models such as Splines to propose it to the selection schemes already established in the breeding program for goats. The development of my thesis has allowed me to have experience in R programming, management of large databases (productive data of domestic animals), and the Biolinux environment as well as other packages such as Stata, SAS, SPSS, Pedigree Viewer, Wombat, VCE, MTDFREML, BLUPF90, platform management as prediction tools (TargetP, MITOPROP, Wolf, IpSort, HECTAR, and THMM). From my beginnings, in R I'm focusing on the development of my skills in the bioinformatics area. In addition, I have other small ongoing projects related to trypanosome in animals of the Interandine Valleys in Bolivia and the conservation of genetic resources.
